Directions: SHAKE WELL, add 3 tablespoons of Fabulous Hummus mix, one 15 oz. can of drained garbanzo beans and 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil in a blender, blend to taste and in 60 seconds you’ll have a tasty and nutritious bowl full of goodness ready to serve family and friends. . Healthy substitution: Omit all
or part of the oil and substitute some of the juice from can of garbanzo beans. This style retains all
the delicious taste but dramatically lowers the fat content. |
